Common Questions

How long does installation take?

A typical property takes 15-30 minutes. The hub plugs into any mains socket, and sensors are simply placed in key locations (no wiring required). Our team can install or we provide guidance for self-installation.

Do tenants need to do anything?

No. The system is completely passive and requires no tenant interaction. Sensors don't need WiFi access and work silently in the background. Tenants simply need to allow access for initial installation.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The hub stores data locally and automatically uploads when connectivity is restored. No readings are lost. GSM-connected hubs have independent connectivity that doesn't rely on property broadband.

How accurate are the sensors?

Our sensors use industrial-grade components with ±2% humidity accuracy and ±0.3°C temperature accuracy. Each sensor is factory calibrated and readings are validated against known references.
